Admission

In accordance with the provisions of the General Master Regulations of the University and the Internal Regulations of the Program, those who have an academic degree of Bachelor of Engineering Sciences, Bachelor of Applied Engineering, Civil Engineering degree, or in the opinion of the Master's Program Committee, possess an equivalent training, always considering a study content of at least 8 semesters in the training of applicants to obtain their Bachelor's Degree. In addition, the knowledge of the technical English language must be accredited at a reading-comprehension level during the interview stage of the applicants.

The application must be made through the WEB portal of the Vice-rectory for Postgraduate Studies (VIPO).

Admission to the Program is semester, being conditioned to the calendar provided by the VIPO.

Applicants must attach the documentation required by the VIPO that includes:

• Legalized copy of the degree certificate and degrees obtained.
• Request for admission.
• Birth Certificate.
• Academic transcript.
• Two academic recommendation letters.
• Curriculum Vitae.

Selection Process:

Guidelines for selection consider the following aspects:

• Grades obtained in higher education
• Scientific productivity or professional experience.
• Ability to understand scientific and technical texts in English
• Recommendation letters
• Others

The program requires an average grade of at least 5.0 (in a scale of 1.0 to 7.0) in undergraduate studies.
